9 Fruits of the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is called the counselor and comforter, because He is a person He wants to be in relationship with you. Jesus promised us the Holy Spirit, He will not delay when you are ready to let Him in.
The closer we get in relationship with God the more we will see these fruits appear and ripen in our lives. They will flow freely everyday, in our conversations and the work of our hands.
God desires us to bear good fruit! Jesus encourages us in John 15
"I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener. 2 He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more. 3 You have already been pruned and purified by the message I have given you. 4 Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me"
- People will be attracted to you
- You will manifest the glory of God
- Your cup will overflow
With God we can be as Smith Wigglesworth said,
If we accept the Lord Jesus Christ and His Righteousness, there is no limit to the Spirits Power at work within us.
